Parallel worlds of Jeff Diego
Jeffrey Diego Literunde was born in Mexico in the city of Teukan in 1979, after a short stay in Bolivia and Ecuador, the Jeff family settled in London. Soon in 2002 he graduated from the Falmouth College of Arts, with a Distinction in Fine Arts. After receiving the John Moore Award in the field of contemporary art, the work of Literary was widely publicized and exhibited in many prestigious galleries in London.
In works, the artist shows his attitude to the problem of the impact of human activity on the environment. Clamped by the wreckage of space ships and iron structures, beautiful landscapes, seem like portals to wonderful fantasy worlds, eluding us. The English artist uses the traditional techniques of oil painting, together with elements of surrealism inspired by science fiction, creating parallel worlds reflecting the ecological problems of our time.
