The mixture of realism and surrealism. Milen Marinov
Contemporary artist Milen Marinov was born in 1965 in Varna, Bulgaria. He was educated at the National Academy of Fine Arts - Sofia, Bulgaria, where he studied from 1988 to 1993 and graduated with her diploma in the specialty painting. Gorgeous pictures Marinova is a mixture of many genres from realism to surrealism, characterized by bright, juicy palette and high detail.
But this mixture somehow causes the viewer neither surprise nor rejection, but only admiring reviews and desire to immerse your head in the wonderful world created by the author. Within a few years of hard work, from 1994 to 2009, the artist spent twelve solo and participated in several collective exhibitions, both in the cities of the country: Varna, Sofia, Krapetz, Spasovo and Balchik. And in 2007, Mylene did a great solo exhibition at the gallery Atypic Toulouse in France. Currently the artist lives and works in his native city of Varna, Bulgaria.
